Unik Impact Foundation Distributes Improved Seedlings of Mahogany And Mango To Fight Desertification

In its continued effort to fight desertification, promote the culture of tree planting, and encourage afforestation, the Unik Impact Foundation distributed thousands of improved seedlings of mahogany and mango trees to community-based organisations (CBOs), institutions, and individuals in Gumel and Hadejia Local Government Areas of Jigawa State, North West, Nigeria.


Gumel Community Initiative for Clean and Green Environment (GCICGE) got 300 improved mahogany trees, while Hadejia Green & Environmental Project had the same amount of mahogany in addition to 200 of improved mango seedlings Other beneficiary organisations and institutions are as listed below:
